There are several forms of identification you can use when collecting your device from one of our collection points.

Each of our designated collection points require the customer to show a valid form of ID in order to ensure the repair goes home with the right person safe and sound! A list of all the valid IDs can be found below.
An In-date Passport
A Valid UK/EU Driving Licence
A Non-Expired Credit or Debit Card

You will be reminded to bring in identification via email when your device is on the way to the collection point.
